Setting Expectations for Your Cleaning

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes! We are fully insured and licensed in our state.

Is there a minimum term or do I have to sign a contract?

Not at all. We want you to work with us because we’ll provide you with a great service.

Do I have to be home during a cleaning?

No, we can take care of everything remotely. Though for our first routine cleaning, it would be great to kick things off by meeting you and attaching a face to the name. It’s your choice.

What about my pets?

We love pets! If your pet is comfortable with us, they are free to roam.

Do I need to provide any equipment or cleaning supplies?

We will come equipped with a HEPA vacuum, other tools, and all cleaning products needed.

Will I get the same cleaning time each time?

That is our goal. Sometimes some substitutions might be needed but that’s only on special occasions.

Do you have any cleaning quality guarantee?

Yes! We want you to be happy with our service, if something was missed we will come back out to take care of it. 

What if something in my house is broken?

While we always take great care while cleaning your home, accidents do occasionally happen. Our cleaning teams are trained to report all damage to our office immediately, and we will contact you to discuss repairs, replacement, or reimbursement.

What if I have an issue with my cleaning?

We always want to make you happy with our service. If there was any issue, give us a call and we’ll be more than happy to send someone back out.

Bookings, Payments, & Cancellations

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

Do I need to tip the house cleaners?

It’s your decision to do so. 100% of your tip is always given to your team.

Who pays for the parking?

Customer does – if you live in areas where parking is hard to find, a parking is helpful and as well as the tip, 100% of it goes to the provider to grab closest parking near you including expensive garage parking.

Why do I see a hold on my credit/debit card?

Though you are not charged until the actual clean happens, we will place a hold on your credit/debit card prior to the clean for the same amount. This is to ensure that the funds are available, so we can pay our cleaners on-time and fairly.

What is your cancellation policy?

Let us know 24 Hours before start of your appointment to avoid late cancellation fee. Cancellation fee covers our technicians time, gas and resources spent. 

Do you offer house cleaning gift certificates?

Yes! We offer gift cards in any dollar amount and will make sure to make the recipient super happy.
